These terms govern use of the 360 Virtual 3D website and requests for our photography, virtual tour, floor plan, video, staging, and related services.

Quotes and bookings

Website estimates are informational until we confirm the property details, scope, availability, and final price. A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from us.

Property access and preparation

Clients are responsible for providing safe, timely access and ensuring the property is ready to photograph. Delays, access issues, or material scope changes may affect timing and price.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery estimates may vary based on property size, selected services, weather, and project complexity. Any included revision allowance will be stated in the confirmed proposal.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Please contact us at least 24 hours before a scheduled shoot to reschedule without charge. Same-day cancellations or inaccessible properties may incur a fee.

Usage

Usage rights, licensing, hosting periods, and deliverables are defined in the confirmed proposal. Website content may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
